A Club for Those Who Love To Race

At ORANGE COUNTY TRACK CLUB, LLC, in Anaheim, California, walkers and runners of all skill levels come to get exercise and to train for racing competitions. With our vast selection of programs, you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for at our training center.

Getting the Right Amount of Protein

How much protein you need daily is determined by a number of variables including age, gender, activity level, and others.

The following protein recommendations are for the general population engaging in physical activity. For endurance and Strength training athletes, protein needs may be increased.

Team Building

The key to success is providing a fun and healthy environment for our athletes. Everyone is welcome with open arms. Our team encourages members to engage with each other, build friendships, and strength teamwork skills. Members can participate in monthly social events, clubs, races, and road trips if desired.

Your track membership lasts a year and is $25.00. Renewing your membership will be $15.00 every year after that. Youth Training is $40.00.

Youth Training

Get your child into a fun activity that improves their health and teaches them discipline. Youth & Adult Training is available at the Cypress College Track. Your child will receive a uniform and must attend training sessions in order to compete. The competitions will be between different track clubs, and USA Track and Field, as well as other organizations to come. Youth Training is $40.00.

Training Schedule Includes:

• Monday 2:00 p.m. — Youth Training - Warm Up and Ready To Go
• Tuesday 2:00 p.m. — Adult Training
• Wednesday 5:30 p.m. — Youth Training
• Thursday 5:30 p.m. — Adult Training
• Friday 5:30 p.m. — T.B.A
